With more than 20 years of experience in environmental policy and law and nonprofit management, I write, research, and speak about the mental health impacts of the climate crisis. I'm a frequent spokesperson in the national media on climate, environment, and sustainability. I also founded a nonprofit organization OneGreenThing, to tackle eco-anxiety through joyful daily action to create the necessary cultural shift to scale climate solutions.

My books 60 Days to A Greener Life (April 9, 2024) and One Green Thing: Discover Your Hidden Power to Help Save the Planet (2022) and were published by HarperCollins, and have received significant national media attention. From K-12 schools to major research universities to Fortune 500 companies, these books have inspired environmental action to protect our shared future.

As a consultant my team of trusted advisors and I help companies focus on the intersection of well-being and sustainability and meet their sustainability goals. We also support nonprofits and foundations in their philanthropy, advocacy, strategic planning, and fundraising.
