All online entries must be received by April 8, 2024, at 9 am EST 7am MT.. If you have already pre-ordered 60 Days to a Greener Life, you may still enter this sweepstakes by providing the information below.

3. HOW TO ENTER AND PLAY: By pre-ordering any edition of 60 Days to a Greener Life and filling out the pre-order giveaway form, you are entered in 60 Days to a Greener Life Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) to win a signed copy of 60 Days to a Greener Life, Three prize winner will be selected at random and will receive a signed paperback of 60 Days to a Greener Life, a Mystery Ranch fanny pack, a Madewell organic bandana, a bamboo toothbrush & Humble Co toothpaste tablets, Attitude lip balm, ecopens pack, plantable journal, and a handout of the 7 Service Superpowers.  Total ARV of all prizes combined for each winner: $150. The Sweepstakes ends on April 8, 2024. Provide proof of purchase of the Book from a retailer lawfully offering the Book for sale in the United States, in a form deemed sufficient by Sponsor in its discretion to establish such purchase. Proof of purchase may take the form of a copy of a receipt, order confirmation, email or packing slip showing the retailer name, the date of the transaction and the purchase price and title of the Book. Other forms of proof of purchase including receipts that do not indicate the title of the Book may be accepted at the discretion of Sponsor. Submit a copy of the proof of purchase by uploading it in jpg, jpeg, pdf or png format via this website. You can also submit a copy of library book request form to enter.  Alternatively, if you do not want to pre-order 60 Days to a Greener Life book but still want to enter the Sweepstakes, you may enter the Sweepstakes by sending an email to info@heatherwhite.com, “I wish to enter the Sweepstakes,” or mail a postcard to Heather White Strategies, LLC, 60 Days to a Greener Life Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 222, Bozeman, MT 59771, and include your name, email address, and physical address. All entries are treated equally and become the exclusive property of Heather White Strategies, LLC. and entries will not be acknowledged or returned to the entrant.

PRIZES: Winners will be selected in a random drawing by a representative of Heather White Strategies, LLC on or about April 8 at 10 am, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Winners are required to prove eligibility. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Two prize winners will be selected at random and will receive a signed paperback of 60 Days to a Greener Life,a Mystery Ranch fanny pack, a Madewell organic cotton bandana, a bamboo toothbrush & Humble Co toothpaste tablets, Attitude lip balm, ecopens pack, plantable journal, and a handout of the 7 Service Superpowers. Total ARV of all prizes combined for each winner: $150. All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind, express or implied, (including without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose). None of the brands mentioned in the kit have endorsed, administered, or sponsored this sweepstakes.  The sweepstakes is not affiliated with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, twitter, or any social media where the sweepstakes may appear. All prizes will be awarded. No substitution, exchange, or transfer of prizes or cash equivalent is permitted. Heather White Strategies, LLC reserves the right to substitute a book title or prize of equal or greater value. Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, fees, and surcharges on any prize received, including federal and state income taxes.The winner or winners will be notified by email no later than three days after the giveaway ends. The winner will have 24 hours to notify the sponsor and supply mailing or email address. Heather White Strategies LLC or its sponsors shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to check email, receive notices due to winners’ spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winners’ provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the winner fails to respond, another will be chosen. No request for cash equivalent by winners is permitted. The Sponsor will mail the items in the sweepstakes to the winners within 14 business days.

TERMS: Sponsor and its agencies shall not be liable for: (a) late, lost, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (b) telephone, electronic, program, network, Internet, or computer failures of any kind; or (c) failed, incomplete, garbled, unintelligible, or delayed computer messages. If the administration or integrity of the Sweepstakes is compromised or corrupted at any time, or the Winner is ineligible, Heather White Strategies, LLC reserves the right to select an alternative Winner or modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes. Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: By entering the Sweepstakes, you release the Sponsor and Heather White any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies (collectively, the “released Parties”) from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes or acceptance, use of or inability to use, or participation in or inability to participate in the Sweepstakes or use of or inability to use any prize (including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory.

7. RELEASE: Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release from liability and a completed IRS W-9 form. Failure to do so within fourteen (14) days of receipt of such documents will result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate Winner. Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize shall constitute and signify a Winner’s consent to the use of his/her name, address (city and state only), voice and/or photograph for commercial, advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. By registering to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants affirm that they have read and accepted these Official Sweepstakes Rules. The laws of the State of Montana apply to and govern these Sweepstakes, and any claims must be raised and resolved in the State of Montana.

8. WINNER’S LIST: To obtain the Winners names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to P.O. Box 222, Bozeman, MT 59771 by April 19, 2024, requesting the Winner’s name. Requests must be received no later than April 19, 2024.
